  I never do this type of thing but I'm doing this to motivate the owners to do a better customer service.
  Three weeks ago I came with my wife and we had lunch. She order salad. Half away eating her salad she realized her teeth felt grainy/sandy. She begin looking at her lettuce and realized it wasn't washed! It had chunk of mod all over. The waiter came back saying they won't charge her meal but will charge her drinks and my meals. What?
  
  If it was my business I would've paid for both meals and provided some gift card or something like that.

  I come here frequently to study or write. Sufficient outlets for laptops and sturdy tables. The coffee drinks are great. I've had a few of the salads and breakfast items. I think the price is well worth the quality of everything I've ever ordered. I do wish the servers would pay a little more attention to refills on drinks, but all the positives outweigh this negative. The menu says they make everything fresh and to order, so things may take extra time, but I've never had anything I've ordered take longer than 10 minutes, even during a very busy lunch shift.
  
  They also don't kick you out if you want to order lunch and stay for 2 hours to study. Very welcoming servers.
  
  I highly recommend trying 3 J's out for breakfast or lunch.
  
  edit: I take it back about the refills. I must have had a busy server the day I wrote this. They have been great since :)
